Webgains is always looking to employ clever, committed individuals who have a passion for online marketing. We have created a working environment which is dedicated to doing the absolute best we can, whatever the task. Our company is founded on the twin concepts of delivering outstanding world-class customer service and cutting edge pragmatic technology.

Some of the values that we hold dear are:

Dedication to ongoing learning

We believe that the best work environments are where you are constantly learning. Hence, wherever possible, we will assist you to expand and build upon your skills and knowledge; whether that means by in-house training, or sending you on an external course. We expect you to be constantly challenged. You will be assessed by your manager every six months, and your annual bonus will depend on your performance.

Taking personal responsibility for your actions

If you are looking to be micro-managed, then Webgains is not for you. We will make it clear to you what your responsibilities are and then leave you to get on with it. Hence, it follows that you must be able to motivate yourself and comfortable that you have the self-discipline to complete your work on time and to a high standard without your manager constantly checking on you. The buck will stop with you. We do not allow finger pointing or laying off the blame should you not deliver.

Have fun in your work

Life, as they say, is not a dress rehearsal!

The importance of an enjoyable and sustainable lifestyle

These days it is all too easy to let your work passions take over your life. We believe all work, no play is unsustainable and inherently unhealthy. Therefore we encourage outside interests and a balanced lifestyle. We will encourage you to think about the time you give to work, exercise, relaxation, family, social and cultural pursuits.
