We know that you need help when you need help, not when someone else decides you need help. We also know that you want help in the way that you want help, not the way someone else wants to give it to you.

Our support team are happy to talk to you on the phone, chat with you via messenger (msn, yahoo or any other that is available to us and you) or converse with you via email.

We operate a support ticket system but this is as a backup to the communication process and to ensure that you have fully visibility over what we are doing on your behalf. For your convenience, you don't need to login to our ticketing system to update support tickets. Simply reply to the email our system sends you and that will do the trick (there are security checks in place but if updates fail, you will be notified).
